Tech Data Canada operates two distribution centres:
East - 6901 Creditview Rd., Mississauga, Ontario, L5N 8E9
West - 7415 Nelson Rd, Unit 115, Richmond, British Columbia, V6W 1G3
Orders accepted by 6:00 p.m. local warehouse time (Mississauga or Richmond) will ship the same day providing no hold issues exist and stock is available.

Products Damaged in Shipping
Upon receipt of your shipment inspect it carefully. If the carton shows obvious damage, receive the shipment, then mark on the carriers' Bill of Lading "Packaging Damaged," or "Stained Carton Scratched" etc., and it will be subject to inspection. If there is no visible damage on the packaging, receive the shipment. If, upon opening the carton, you find concealed damage, contact the carrier for inspection and contact our Customer Care Centre at 800-263-2882 or locally at 905-286-6750 within 48 hours.

Shortships / Wrong Product
Any short-shipments, wrong product received, or other problems should be referred to our Customer Care Centre within 5 days at 800-263-2882 or locally 905-286-6750.
