Price Protection
Price protection allows you to recover the price difference on a product following a vendor price drop. Price protection is provided based on vendor policies and can be offered on one or more specific products or SKUs.
If you have purchased an eligible product from Tech Data, you will be notified by our Price Protection Administrator through e-mail or fax. Each notification will list the products you've purchased within the eligible time frame. You can also check current price protection offers to see if you are eligible for any fund reimbursement.
Tech Data will send you a confirmation of your claim within 72 hours and provide a claim ID number. If you do not receive verification from Tech Data within 72 hours that your claim was received, or if you have any questions about price protections, please send an e-mail to priceprotection@techdata.ca or call 800-668-5588 ext. 26133.
All pass-through price protections are subject to each manufacturer's policy and guidelines. Pass through funds cannot be deducted, charged back or withheld from payment to Tech Data.
