Establishing Credit
To establish credit with Tech Data, download the credit application using Acrobat Reader. Print and complete the application and fax it back to Tech Data's Credit Services department at 905-286-6868.

Opening a New Account
To open a new account, simply complete a credit application and a tax certificate form and fax them to Tech Data's Credit Services department at 905-286-6868 (or mail to the above listed address).
A Tech Data New Account Representative will work quickly to approve your application. Normally this takes three to five working days, but it is often possible to ship your order the same day you apply.
Until your account is approved for terms, you have the option to purchase with a company cheque, credit card or wire transfer.

General Credit Information
Available credit terms include:
- Net 30 days
- Visa or MasterCard
- Company cheque - for qualified resellers
- Electronic Funds Transfer, certified cheque
Payment terms may be altered at the discretion of our Credit Services department without prior notice. A penalty of 1.5% per month will be assessed on late payments. A $50 fee will be charged for any returned cheque.
