Credit Options
You can always choose from a wide variety of Tech Data credit options to suit your business needs. If a particular sale requires special arrangements, please call us at 800-668-5588, option #5 (Credit), or, you can also reach us by e-mail at creditinq@techdata.ca. Our team of credit specialists will work hard to customize the terms you need.
For routine transactions, we offer the following arrangements:
Open Account
Your Tech Data account is established with a credit limit and payment terms based on the details of your application. The net amount of each transaction is due within 30 days.
If you do not already have credit terms and would like to establish terms with Tech Data, then please complete our New Customer Registration Form (PDF). Following receipt of your form, one of our credit specialists will contact you.
Credit Cards
Applying purchases to your credit card is a sure way to expedite drop shipments and rush orders. We accept Visa or MasterCard.
To facilitate credit card purchases, please complete the Credit Card Authorization form (PDF) and fax it to our Credit Services department at 905-286-6868.

Assignment of Proceeds (Letter of Direction)
Assigning the proceeds of a sale to Tech Data enables you to use your customer's financial strength to underwrite your purchase. For more information, please call 905-286-6800 extension 26047 and our financial services team will be able to assist you. You can also e-mail creditservices@techdata.ca.
